Throughout her career, Chef Sana has represented the UAE on prestigious platforms, winning gold and silver medals at global competitions such as the UAE Culinary Competition, Singapore FHA and the World Cup in Luxembourg.

Chef Sana’s expertise extends beyond the kitchen; she is celebrated for her contributions to high-end catering and her leadership in fine dining. Her culinary journey is backed by a Diploma in Hospitality from the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) in Dubai, which laid the foundation for her mastery in commercial cookery. She has also pursued advanced certifications, including Nutrition Science from the Stanford Center for Health Education and The Art and Science of Multi-Sensory Dining from Le Cordon Bleu, ensuring her culinary creations are as nutritionally balanced as they are flavorful.
