Guests explored flavors from across India, savoring dishes like Bohri Masala Keema Pav from Mumbai, Murgh Dum Biryani from Hyderabad, and the inventive Tres de Leche Rasmalai, a nod to Copenhagen. Each course reflected authentic ingredients, bold flavors, and Chef Sana’s signature balance of tradition and innovation. With limited seating and a warm, inviting setting, The Indian Table: CPH Edition was an evening of storytelling through food.
